Core Creative, led by Jory Lamb and Brad Peterson, is a Calgary-based agency with more than 30 years combined experience in web-based design, development and marketing. As company leaders, they each bring a distinct and complimentary set of personal and professional skills to the table that has created a winning formula.


Jory Lamb – Founder and Co-Owner

A pioneer and leader in the worlds of internet marketing and software development, Jory provides the company with the business acumen required to build winning teams and deliver world class products and services. Jory has spent over 16 years helping organizations of all sizes become more operationally efficient in their business practices. He provides the experience, vision and leadership that allow the company to win and grow while having fun doing it. “What gets me out of bed in the morning” says Jory, “is the opportunity to create teams of talented, enthusiastic people and build something great together.”

Jory began his career in the web software industry when he started Canadian Rural Computer Services in 1996 working with industry and governmental organizations to build database driven interactive web sites a software applications. Later this web development business grew into Core Creative when Jory joined forces with creative partner Brad Peterson.

His impact on the company would be impossible to overstate, and is most easily measured by the smiles of all our team members and clients.

Jory is also President of VistaVu Solutions, were he has the overall responsibility of sales and marketing teams in both Canada and the United States. VistaVu builds accounting software for the oil and gas industry and is an SAP business partner of the year recipient.

Jory Lamb is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Commerce. He is an active member of the Association of Energy Services Companies, Petroleum Services Association of Canada and the Calgary Chapter of the Entrepreneur's Organization.


Brad Peterson – Co-Owner

Brad drives company success with a different set of tools as the creative force behind the team. His keen sense of design, attention to detail and commitment to the importance of simplicity form the standards by which all our products and services are delivered and measured.

Brad is very grateful for the opportunity his career has provided to nurture his talents and help others. “I have always been a creative person. It’s a common theme in the things I am good at and enjoy in life. As a younger man it wasn’t always clear what to do with that, but in Core Creative I have found a way to apply some of my natural abilities in a way that brings great joy to my life while helping others reach their goals as well. What could be better?”

Brad began his professional journey as a graphic designer, working for an established local marketing firm serving agriculture clients in North America and beyond with a variety of print and web marketing services. His first big challenge in this role was to start and grow the company’s website division, which was one of the first to serve the agriculture industry in the early days of internet marketing. Success helping organizations establish an internet presence introduced him to the possibilities of internet software and marketing and ignited the passion that has led him to become an expert in the field. In 2004, after 4 years in the ag marketing sector, Brad joined forces with partner Jory Lamb to form Core Creative and focus his passion for business exclusively on website design and online software development.

Brad graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, ultimately settling in Calgary where he returned to school to study graphic design and website development.
